Andrew Tanner is a DRIL trainee trainer. He is training to become a trainer in RNLD’s DRIL program.
After many years teaching English as a second language in Australia and Russia, Andrew went back to university to do a Graduate Diploma and Postgraduate Diploma in Linguistics at the University of Melbourne between 2012 and 2014. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Tasmania and a Cambridge Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults.
Apart from his work at RNLD, Andrew is also a research assistant at the Centre of Excellence for the Dynamics of Language and the PARADISEC endangered languages digital archive at the University of Melbourne.
Andrew works 0.8 and is available Tuesdays to Fridays.
