Andrew Tanner

Andrew Tanner is a DRIL trainer.Andrew Tanner In this role, he delivers training through RNLD’s DRIL program across Australia.

After many years teaching English as a second language in Australia and Russia, Andrew went back to university to do a Graduate Diploma and Postgraduate Diploma in Linguistics at the University of Melbourne between 2012 and 2014. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Tasmania and a Cambridge Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults. He is currently completing a Certificate IV Training and Education (TAE40110).

Apart from his work at RNLD, Andrew is also a research assistant at the Centre of Excellence for the Dynamics of Language and the PARADISEC endangered languages digital archive at the University of Melbourne.
