Australian Human Rights Commission, Social Justice Reports
The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Social Justice Commissioner is required to report annually to the Attorney-General regarding the exercise and enjoyment of human rights by Australia's Indigenous peoples. The 2009 report was released to the Federal Attorney-General by the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Social Justice Commissioner Mr Tom Calma on 23 December 2009.
